Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturer-related material and product defects that may arise from normal usage. Technical specifications such as top speed, range, climbing ability, and braking power are not guaranteed and are provided for comparison purposes only. These values cannot be used as grounds for warranty claims.

The warranty is valid only for electric scooters purchased by consumers through the online store ecocruiser.eu for personal use. It does not apply to devices purchased for resale, professional, or commercial use. All warranty claims must be handled through Ecocruiser service.

The warranty is valid for the periods listed below or up to 2000 km of usage—whichever comes first:

Scooter Frame – 2 Years

  • Deck
  • Non-motorized wheel
  • Front fork assembly
  • Rear fork assembly
  • Controller
  • Handlebar and mount
  • Steering column
  • Charging port

Other Components – 6 Months

  • Internal battery
  • External battery
  • Charger
  • Motorized wheel
  • Display and external switches
  • Electric throttle
  • Electric brake lever
  • Mechanical brake with lever
  • External cables
  • Folding mechanism
  • Steering stem
  • Suspension/shocks
  • Headlight

Small Components – 3 Months

  • Front mudguard
  • Rear mudguard
  • Rear mudguard with brake
  • Brake signal
  • LED strip and decorative lights
  • Kickstand

Not Covered by Warranty:
Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads and discs, brake cables, bells, reflectors, fork covers, charging port covers, grips, loose steering stem or folding mechanism, loose bolts, screws, clamps, pins, etc.


User Responsibilities
Users must check the technical condition of the scooter and perform maintenance before each ride.

Device Servicing and Maintenance:

  • Tires: Check before each ride. Pressure should be 2.4–3.2 bar depending on user weight and tire type. Never ride with low tire pressure or worn tires.
  • Lights and Reflectors: Must be functional before riding.
  • Bell or Horn: Must be functional before riding.
  • Brakes: Check for performance and pad wear. Dirty brakes must be cleaned. Do not ride if brakes are worn or malfunctioning.
  • Handlebars: Check for loose bolts or folding mechanism issues. Fix if needed. Do not ride if unstable.
  • Error Messages: Check the screen for alerts before each ride. Do not ride if there’s an error.
  • Suspension: Regularly check and maintain (lubricate or adjust as needed).
  • General Condition: Check for mechanical damage or unusual sounds. Stop using the scooter if issues are found.

Warranty Exclusions Conditions for denial of warranty repair:

  • Not purchased from ecocruiser.eu
  • Missing or incomplete documentation
  • Expired warranty period
  • Mechanical damage from improper packaging or handling during shipping
  • Bought second-hand
  • Incorrect unpacking or setup (electronic or mechanical)
  • Repairs or servicing done by unauthorized workshops
  • Use of non-original chargers
  • Ignoring the conditions outlined in the user manual
  • Damage due to user negligence, overloading, crashes, trick attempts, or race participation
  • Damage caused by environmental factors: fire, rain, water, moisture, sand, mud, snow, gases, dust, etc.
  • Electrical or physical damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Wear-and-tear from regular use
  • Continued use of the scooter after noticing defects

Charging and Storage Conditions

Charging Guidelines:

  • Avoid fully depleting the battery during rides
  • Never store the scooter with an empty battery—charge it to 50–60%
  • Make sure the scooter, charger, and port are dry before charging
  • Let the scooter cool for 1 hour after use before charging
  • Only use the original charger
  • Do not leave the scooter unattended while charging
  • Store in a safe location with minimal risk of environmental damage if battery fails
  • Unplug within 1 hour of full charge
  • Close the charging port cover after charging to prevent water damage
  • Charge in a dry place away from flammable materials at 15–25°C
  • Do not charge in direct sunlight or near open flames

Storage and Maintenance:

  • Before long-term storage, charge the battery to 50–60%
  • Recharge every 2 months during storage (even if new)
  • Store in a dry location at 15–25°C away from flammable materials
  • Never store the scooter outdoors
  • Before cleaning, switch off the scooter and close the charging port
  • Do not use water, alcohol, gasoline, or solvents for cleaning
  • Do not use pressure washers, hoses, or running water
  • The scooter is not waterproof—do not leave it in rain or wash it with water

Maintenance:

  • Before each use, inspect for: error messages, mechanical damage, wear, loose or broken parts
  • Do not ride if any issues are present
  • Wear-and-tear parts that don’t require opening the scooter frame can be replaced by the user
  • Like a bicycle or any other vehicle, the scooter requires regular maintenance
  • For warranty and operational reliability, maintain the scooter once a year at the end of the season or after 300 km, 1000 km, and every 1000 km thereafter
